The running sessions takes place every Friday morning between 7:00 AM and 7:45 AM in Alexandra Park at this address. Some days in Priory Park (please text for details).
Before attending the first session is compulsory to fill out the Pre-Activity Reading Questionnaire form on the link below.
The sessions are designed to develop your cardiovascular system, endurance and speed, to make you feel comfortable and confident to embrace any challenge if you sign up for a race.
