The British Age Group
Championships were a tough but enjoyable experience. A sea swim with dolphins (!) was followed by a technical and windy bike then a run with a steep hill that had to be negotiated 4 times. My race got progressively better and I ended up finishing 23rd out of 36 in my age group. The group at TriN8 have been really welcoming and have definitely inspired me to become better at swimming.
