The swim sessions were a great motivation in the last two months to improve my speed and technique for the Odyssey Iron-Triathlon.
During the 3.8km swim I was feeling super relaxed which was definitely helped by the sessions. I came out the water 4th (2nd when you don’t include the aquathon competitors!).
It was a stormy day on the bike and run, but got through the winds and finished 10th. Thanks guys
